A big help when it comes to file storage

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a number of things that I love about FileCloud. First off, it works really fast, so none of my time is wasted and I don't encounter any unnecessary delays. It has helped me out a lot when it comes to file storage, and it has helped in making retrieval and authentication of files an easier process. As a storage solution, I really find it effective and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I know that this comes with a user guideline, but I have to say that it is still difficult to get used to it when you're someone who is using it for the first time. It can get a little complicated, and it's not something that you want for your institution. Maybe they can make it more user-friendly in future versions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As an institution, we've been helped out by this tool when it comes to cloud content collaboration. We're now better at storing files and this has resulted in better performance for our organization.
