A simple tool you can rely on

What are the best aspects of this product?

When it comes to this tool, I definitely appreciate a number of things about it. First off, I only need one click to share a wide variety of files, whether it's a PDF, a document, or an image. It works really fast, as well. I also like the integration with other servers used for file sharing. The cloud service is also exceptional, allowing us to not just store files, but also access them wherever we may be. Finally, I love the added security of being able to add manual password protection to the files we upload.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the process of adding contacts to share the file with could be more intuitive and user-friendly. But other than that, we have no problems with this tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

In my line of work, there are a lof files that I need to save and store, and this tool has been really useful in that regard. The cloud service allows me to not just store file wherever I may be, but also access them wherever I may be. This has also been a great help when it comes to ensuring the security of the information I store, since I can add manual password protection on top of the tool's own password. This really is a great tool for people who want to securely store their files.
