What are the best aspects of this product?

The fact that it lets me share databases, images, documents, and other kinds of files is something that I really appreciate. I also like how it allows me to work remotely so I can send files to teammates wherever I may be and wherever my teammates are. I also like the security feature that allows me to lock something with a password of my choosing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The file sharing process could be less complex. I can imagine beginners becoming discouraged with the file sharing process because it can get a bit complicated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this tool, we've been able to easily share files without worrying about security. We've also had little to no trouble with it thanks to a responsive customer support team.
