What are the best aspects of this product?

i like how easy it is to share a wide variety of files with this tool, be it an image, a document, or a PDF file. The interface is user-friendly and flexible, and allows for many different kinds of sharing. I also really appreciate how we could use any device to access the files we've stored in cloud servers. Another feature I appreciate is how this tool integrates with other file sharing servers, which just makes it work more robustly and efficiently. Finally, I also like how we can manually determine who can access the files we have stored.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think the process to add a contact to a file that is being shared could be made more user-friendly and intuitive. I also think that improvements can be made with the customer service team, since they don't always give you the answers you need on time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, we've been able to securely store a lot of our company's sensitive data. This tool helped us out with that through the manual passwords that we can set on the cloud servers where we store our files. This allows us to only give access only to the necesseary people. The ability to provide free accounts to different members of the company was also an other thing that ensured the security of our data.
