Really useful when it comes to data sharing

What are the best aspects of this product?

I think this tool is really innovative and useful, and there are a number of things that I really like about it. For one thing, this tool has really made file synchornization and sharing more secure and fluid, so you really don't have to worry as a user. Commercial data can be shared and stored with this tool, but what I really like is how I can use my mobile devices to access those files, as well as the assurance that a backup exists. I like the simplicity of its interface and how you only need to go through a few clicks to get to where you want. But I think what really sets this tool apart is how it gives its users accessibility without compromising security. I can use a web browser or a web browser plug-in, or I can use the app they have for mobile devices. I can even use a virtual disk. I also appreciate that it works with 256-bit AES and other modern encryption methods. It also complies with industry standards such as TLS/SS; secure tunnels when it comes to content storage. Another thing that I like is how it also comes with data leak prevention, antivirus scanning, and two-factor authentication functionality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the things that I don't like is the high price tag of this tool, mostly because it targets businesses rather than individual users. You only have two weeks if you're going to use the free version, and you have to request for that. Unless you can justify the cost somehow, i don't think even small businesses can afford it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When our company was using this tool, it was really useful for storing data as well as sharing it. It really felt like a high-end product that could handle top secret content securely, and even at a high volume. However, the price was a little prohibitive, and that was something that our business could not meet. If they are able to come up with an option that is more consumer-friendly, then I would have no problems going back to this tool again.
