Sharing files is easier now

What are the best aspects of this product?

The first thing that really stood out for me is how responsive their customer support team is. I also really like how safe this software is and how many different kinds of files we can store and save using it. It is user-friendly and intuitive, and I especially appreciated how much control it gave me even when it came to the smallest detail. The File Recovery function is also another feature that I really like.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do have to admit that setting this up was much more tricky than I expecvted, but now that we've got the hang of it I have to say that we haven't encountered any problems.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our organization has been using this tool for file storage and sharing.
