PROS: I like that it's convenient to use, especially for a company our size (big!). It's easy to scan print documents and converting to digital PDFs -- not to mention environment-friendly -- and store everything in one spot in a cloud warehouse. Documents are also easy to search and create workflows to save you time. It can also be integrated with other apps including Adobe.
CONS: It takes time to learn how to navigate through FileHold. There are video tutorials, but we could maybe use a little more of those.

PROS: I like that FileGold saves us time because it helps us organize everything on the cloud, so things are easier to find. It's so user-friendly and integrates with other software we usually use. We're also able to monitor where the documents are in the approval process, and the workflow is so much more efficient.
CONS: The overall design, file transfers and lags from time to time could be improved. Other than that, it's a big time-saver.

PROS: Its great for both small and big companies that service a lot of clients because the workflow is efficient, especially with endorsement forms. I like that it also has a great web index, and integrates with MS Office.
CONS: It would be great if we can also figure out how to convert or import files collected from other storage apps, in different file types.
