What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that FileGold saves us time because it helps us organize everything on the cloud, so things are easier to find. It's so user-friendly and integrates with other software we usually use. We're also able to monitor where the documents are in the approval process, and the workflow is so much more efficient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The overall design, file transfers and lags from time to time could be improved. Other than that, it's a big time-saver.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to go paperless, keep our data in the cloud and in one location that is accessible by all 400 staff. There's transparency in terms of monitoring approvals progress.
