My thoughts on FileHold

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it's convenient to use, especially for a company our size (big!). It's easy to scan print documents and converting to digital PDFs -- not to mention environment-friendly -- and store everything in one spot in a cloud warehouse. Documents are also easy to search and create workflows to save you time. It can also be integrated with other apps including Adobe.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes time to learn how to navigate through FileHold. There are video tutorials, but we could maybe use a little more of those.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Paperwork gone! Workflow processes are automated, it's a lot easier to search for documents and have more than one person view it in case it needs to be approved by more than one person too.
