What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like most about FileMaker is its speed, this is fast app development platform that allows to create working software for my clients, the whole process of developing takes hours or few days. The other thing that I like about this tool is its constant improvment. The FileMaker’s team constantly improves product’s performance, security, integration, design and automation enhancements.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I get only 90% of this product support and I need 100% support for complex requirements so I can turn to third party products.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this tool I can automate redundant taks, avoid unnecessary things and streamline business processes. It helps me to make all processes better, quick and cost effective. I’m using it to automate e-commerce business and to help my clients reduce paper processes.
