What are the best aspects of this product?

- reasonable price that starts from as little as $0.99
- any file or folder can be sent, any type of a file
- no size limits
- encryption

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

- payment methods: first I tried to pay with PayPal and the payment was not processed. Then I tried to pay with a debit card and it went through well

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

- Mac version
- Mobile apps to track download status
- Alert when a file is downloaded by the recipient

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

- Sending whole system drive, disk ISO, very large volumes. It took some time but final result is great, no data is lost, and disk was transferred in full

We tried its free beta version and liked the features, will continue using after it gets paid

Still using app option for different purposes. FW is used when sending something big to one or several recipients.
