What are the best aspects of this product?

One thing I like about Firm Central is its set of amazing features. It has a convenient dashboard for uploading client details, a calendar tool, and some built-in features for accounting and billing. Moreover, I love that it accommodates multiple users in one account. Firm Central also has access to SharePoint connectivity for better uploading of documents among other files. And we can easily share such files for others to open.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Firm Central doesn’t come with alerts for calendar schedules. Noticeably, it logs out by itself when you leave it idle for some time. We also find it inconvenient to add every user to our account, especially when there are some new employees.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We love its calendar tool because it lets us set schedules in a snap. We also highlight its reliable document storage that is very accessible for authorized users.
