What are the best aspects of this product?

They gave us very easy to follow steps in setting it up. It is also better than the ones I've used before as it is very easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes longer to set everything up. You have to follow each step. There should be an option where the Five9 team does it for you.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Tracking campaigns is easier. We can also change our dialing settings.
