What are the best aspects of this product?
It has a great support team. They are very welcoming, warm, and have been the best in all aspects. They have been informative throughout the whole process. They are very much willing to answer our inquiries without any complaints. We are very thankful. The previous system we used cannot be compared to Five9. The honesty of the staff is commendable. We are very happy with our choice. We would recommend this to anyone who asks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I only have a few dislikes about Five9. I have already forwarded this to the support team and they assured me that they are working on it. I disliked how SCC and VCC reporting are separate. I also can't access VCC on my phone even if I can access SCC both on my desktop and phone. I would also appreciate it if the survey tool in the SCC could be shown in a report to assist us with customer satisfaction ratings for our agents. The chat feature and voicemails can also still be improved.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use Five9 to assist with inquiries of students enrolled in our college. This has been great as we were able to use it to assist them with their every inquiry. Despite being new to Five9, our staff already understands the basics of how to use it. We truly appreciate the help of Five9's support team on this. We are glad to have found a software that is easy to use and has a great staff that is very much willing to guide us. This truly made our job easier. Thank you Five9!
