It has a simple interface that makes it easy to use. It allows our agents to communicate smoothly with our customers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Our experience using Five9 has been spectacular. It is by far the greatest software we've used. Nothing bad to say about it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Working from home, especially during this pandemic was made possible by Five9. Since it has a simple interface, it doesn't take long to learn how to use it. It also allows working in groups.
