What are the best aspects of this product?
So far, everything about this solution works properly. We've been able to carry out calls without major issues. Tracking correspondences between agents and customers is quite easy to do too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It does have its moments--sometimes it lags and other times it freezes. We use this with other call-tracking solutions, and it can't seem to keep up. This can be a bit annoying, especially if we anticipate for the call to be of an urgent matter.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use this for calling our existing and potential customers. Five9 supports remote employees. Thanks to it, we've been able to carry out our jobs from the comforts of our home--it's been absolutely great so far.
