What are the best aspects of this product?

The integration with ZenDesk is solid and it is the one thing that really matters to us. We are committed to implementing Zendesk for reports, email management, as well as integrations with other applications.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Five 9 relies heavily on Java and it is really something that can cause problems because it constantly updates.

Thanks to its smooth ZenDesk integration, we are more than capable of managing our inbound customer contacts. We also experience better compliance in terms of tracking and logging.
