What are the best aspects of this product?

Platform is easy to use and is visually satisfying.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their policy is easy to by pass by scammers. Their customer service representatives does not make an appropriate research (or research at all) in order to solve their users' situations.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A more customer oriented policy. A screening process on all of their sellers. Block sellers from countries with high scam probability.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I invested a lot of money for my clients. I ended un having a loss of $1680 due to scammers selling fake services. Bottom line, I do not think I got my main problem solved. I ended up deactivating the account.
