What are the best aspects of this product?

As employer: I like that I get fast response of interested freelancers that could help me with my tasks. All I have to do is to publish my task and I will be contacted by qualified people in the topic of interest.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As freelancer: It is very important to write a “gig” which is your offer service for one specific topic. This site has great opportunities for lots of tasks and jobs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The minimum value is $5, but the truth is that lots of job couldn’t be done with $5. Plans are great but sometimes they can be complicated when you order a gig. As employee, I don’t like that I have to wait for long in order to get the money via Payoneer.
