What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m using Fiverr for some SEO tasks that would take me lots of time to accomplish the tasks. In my experience, it’s really important to hire someone for small tasks because you can be more focused on the important ones while I manage my business at the same time. It offers lots of services and it saves me lots of time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The refund policy needs some improvements. I had an issue with the refund when I wanted to cancel an order, I did get the refund but it was credited to my Fiverr account for other transactions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is wonderful place for multi-tasking and keeping track of small tasks like SEO optimization for my videos and posts and it saves me lots of time to accomplish important tasks for my business.
