What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that there are lots of opportuinities and possibilities to get different jobs. Through this platform I can sell my services and provide great quality to my employers. It offers great set of tools and features which helps us to increase our income and provide better quality.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Their terms of agreements is way to harsh. Sometimes messages are blocked or they cannot be seen by the clients. In addition, the fees are high, 20% for sellers and only 5% for clients.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can get lots of offers through Fiverr, I get lots of works every month.
