What are the best aspects of this product?

This is great platform and I’m using it for few years by now. It is simple solution and you can find everything you need. There are great set of tools and features. There is time-track for each project so you can keep track of time you need to complete specific project. In addition, you can purchase lots of projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could include a comparison tool so we can track what one vendor offers in the package compared to another provider.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using it to sell services, with this platform everything is simple and quick. I like that they track orders, amounts, terms and additional services. It saves me lots of time and this means that I can be more focused on other things.
