What are the best aspects of this product?

I love everything about Fleetio especially these features: (1) fuel cost tracking; (2) data, information, and file management; and (3) service reminders and notification for drivers!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish we could categorize our fleet based on their division, or drivers who used them. Basically, it needs better search filters. They can also make the dashboard more customizable so that we can see the important information for our business.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It made our work easier because we get reminded of our maintenance schedules. We also get to track the vehicle assignments, as well as the expenses, easily. We get to see this information in an instant.
