What are the best aspects of this product?

I wish I could say that there was something positive to say here, but this company has let me down.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There customer service is bad and the installers are worse.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better customer service and installers that are qualified to do the installations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have had one of the worst experiences of my business life with this company. Every vehicle they installed a gps unit on, started having major issues. I have reached out to them to get this resolved, but no one answers their phone or returns my calls. More than 1 month later and several different installers and the problems continue with the company telling me to take it to a mechanic to get the issues fixed and they will reimburse me. They have installers who are not in any way qualified to install these units and they leave the customer with the problem of getting the vehicles fixed. I have never had such a bad experience with a company. I am waiting for the camera crew to pop out and tell me it was just a horrible practical joke. I can say without a doubt, this company only cares about its large customers. Any company with 5-10 vehicles doesn't warrant good customer service. I had them remove all the units yesterday and now I have to get all of my vehicles fixed. If you don't have 50 or more vehicles, Fleetmatics and verizon will not give you any support or customer service and leave you with holding the bag of problems they created.

Hum by verizon which is also useless.

Why did you decide to change it?

Hum by verizon isn\\\'t worth the investment. Only works if your phone is in the car.

NO, not in any way. Verizon has become such a large company that they have no problem having poor customer service. They just dont care.
