What are the best aspects of this product?
It allows me, for the first time, to have a truly combined task management and email system. No more duplication of getting an email, going to my task manager, adding a to-do related to that email. So frustrating to do it that way. I get over 200+ emails a day, some important, others not. But this allows me to instantly get to Inbox Zero, organize my emails as tasks, but still maintain all the functionally of an email client.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Haven't really experienced any...

Maybe add support for multiple email address under one account...
