What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the ability to add tasks to emails that require input from multiple departments/colleagues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Emails take longer to load and I've had Chrome crash couple of times.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better management of attachments especially images. When I drag one into the email window it does not add as an attachment like in Gmail..
