Fluxx.io is a grants management solution that foundations can use to manage their charitable channels and strategic data effectively and efficiently. Users can manage fellowships, scholarships, grants, awards, donor-advised funds, and program-related investments using Fluxx fields, forms, and workflow controls. The app also offers tools to manage documents, communication, and projects.
You can use Fluxx’s configurable and flexible system to manage grant applications and data. On top of that, you can create custom visualization, dashboards, and views, as well as access connected data trays, advanced filtering, and detailed previews. Users can configure and automate their Fluxx system using session timeouts, comprehensive audit trails, and dynamic workflows. The app hosts an inbuilt report builder and Word and Excel plug-ins that you can use to export and extract data for close analysis. Another advantage is you can manage finance and budgeting with grant-by-grant analyses and by tracking investments.

CONS: I hope they'd add a calendar view of the tasks.

PROS: The adaptability of Fluxx is amazing. It can also convert data and import it into an excel file in just a few clicks. The customer support is reliable, as well as their training programs to improve user experience. We really find it helpful for our organization.
