FME Hub Review

PROS: Establishes geospatial and non-geospatial data interpretation standards. The app allows you to do an easy point-and-click data translations as well as GUI and code-based script translations.

CONS: I absolutely loved this app! For me, it's the best data translator.

PROS: I can transform data as necessary with this software.

CONS: Some of the features are difficult to learn and use. The assistance we get from their support team is also less than ideal.

PROS: FME helps me with all sorts of data manipulation. The output with this software is always as I planned it to be.

CONS: They could improve the software in terms of user-friendliness. They could also work on providing better customer support service.

PROS: I like that this software is compatible with various platforms and is easy to set up. Performing bulk database updates and checking attributes can be done quickly.

CONS: There are a few features that I wish were already built-in so that manual integration would no longer be necessary.

PROS: I enjoy being able to utilize all kinds of data just as I need.

CONS: The tools can be challenging and the assistance is not always the simplest to understand how to complete the necessary elements.

PROS: I like how FME can handle massive workflows and has many ways to convert data based on our business's needs. FME was time-efficient too. It saved a lot of time of manual work and helped me to automate data updates.

CONS: Several translators have a lot to improve and sometimes the update looks like it makes more mess than actually upgrading it.

PROS: Pretty strong incorporates many programs and file scripts or forms or datasets.

CONS: Some converter labels are strange, but you start to understand them.

PROS: What I like about FME is that I could manipulate the data correctly to what I need.

CONS: Oftentimes, tools are very difficult to use and the support is somehow not helpful at all.

PROS: I like that it allows me to link and transform my data. You can also link your platform with any format and there's no need for coding.

CONS: There's nothing I don't like about this tool.

PROS: FME has an awesome writer and reader module to translate several GIS formats to whatever you need.

CONS: The visual design somehow limits the volume of data that you could do. If the process is too complicated, a coding system may be more effective.

PROS: Bring in a certain type of file and then converts it easily to your desired format. It works just what you expected it to do.

CONS: I think the UI needs a more modern design.

PROS: We've configured our specifications and mass upgrade or test feature-related attributes in a timely and organized manner. It's really compatible with us.

CONS: You may need to manually attach certain attributes as it sometimes skips them.
