LandVision offers digital mapping applications, map-ready content, web, and other professional services. The configurable and customizable mainstream apps include LandVision and GovClarity. LandVision provides real-estate professionals, analysts, and government agencies with comprehensive tools to carry out property analysis, research and management and comes with presentation capabilities. GovClarity is also a map-based real-estate app designed for cities and counties and allows them to access, visualize, integrate and deploy location-based data.
Research and Analysis
LandVision allows organizations to research different characteristics of properties such as assessed value, ownership portfolio, surroundings, transaction history, nearby points of interest, and natural hazards in the proximity. CONS: Deleting searches is quite a task. However, I think there’s an easier method I have missed.

PROS: We’ve started using LandVision last 2005. It has greatly helped us cover more areas in Florida for our business. We sell and develop land areas for homebuilders operating locally and nationally.
CONS: LandVision is a big help to our business. I can’t find anything negative about it.
