What are the best aspects of this product?
I love that the app is easy to set up and I can save filters to display all my issues and bugs clearly and track my tasks in another filter/view. The Kiln integration is useful as it allows me to source control management commits to a specific case. Kiln helps me balance ease with power and I can do a lot with it without spending a week on planning. The API is useful and we use it to enable our software to automatically submit bug reports in case of issues.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My only complaint is FogBugz lacks features that would allow us to track our clients individually and monitor their information.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use FogBugz to keep track of customer requests for our software, and to organize to-do items and bug reports. FogBugz enables us to do these tasks easily and is a big improvement over our previous system.
