that we cancelled it and found a service that works
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
their system crashed and we had no phones for 9 days, in my business phones working is a requirement. even when it was working the phone calls were often very scratchy and the ability to change the hold music was impossible. but at least the customer service was horrible.
if you thought cancelling with your TV cable provider was a challenge good luck with these jerks. we've had their phones for at least 7 years they want us to return the phones in the original boxes with the original user manuals or they're going to charge us. see you in court assholes.
