What are the best aspects of this product?

I have used Wufoo before and I can tell you that it does not offer the same user experience as Formstack does. Formstack is faster which means you can rely on it more in terms of data collection and analysis. It is not only user friendly but flexible for any platform or website. You can easily add data into the digital platform and thus friendly to users. It helps you to build forms from scratch and manage them with ease to give the best results. Since entering data into the forms is easy, you will be able to collect data from the public with ease on your website and analyze that data in real-time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Despite the tool offering reliable and flexible form solutions, there is still more work that needs to be done in making sure that it offers the best solutions. There is a problem when it comes to editing and saving forms in real-time. This is the case when you open multiple tabs in your browser. Also, it is limited in terms of how you can customize data when you want to export the forms. They should improve and provide many ways through which you can customize data when exporting for efficiency. Another drawback is that it tends to generate duplicate forms when the internet connection is slow or the browser is leading slowly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communication is key on our end if we are to be successful in what we do. Formstack has made this possible as we are able to communicate with our customers in the right way. We can send forms to them where they fill and therefore we will be able to know what they want or where the problem is. We can also carry out surveys on our employees to see how we can make them more productive. The communication between the support team and customers can be kept alive as we receive data in real-time to help solve issues within a short period.
