PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The features are intuitive, which makes it easy to use. If you are looking for a tool that opens up many ways for you to collect and share data, then Formstack is the best one we have found in the market. We use it to communicate with other groups, carry out surveys, and in events registration. For the sharing of data, we can do this with large groups where they will be able to access and analyze it. The product also has graphical representation of data collected to help with analysis. These graphs are easy to interpret, which is a plus on our part. It also integrates well with our payment system. Although we are yet to realize or explore the full potential of Formstack, we are looking for more ways we can make the best use of it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although the tool has great features for my needs, the customer support is not as fast as it should be. When you encounter a problem, you have to send an email and it may take hours to get a reply. We work in a vibrant environment and waiting is not an option. It would be better if they had a direct line where you can call directly and get help immediately depending on what your issue is. Also, a live chat will be helpful for urgent issues and problems. The tutorials they have on the product are not conclusive especially for the complex features of the tool. Adding more tutorials on these features will be helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our communication with the public and among employees has improved. Previously, the forms were not structured in a way that you are able to find what you are looking for with ease. Luckily, Formstack has made things easy for us. Our employees can receive notifications, automatically, and thus find the information they need without much hustle. This has saved a lot of time and space on our part. There is still much we need to explore in the tool in terms of features. For example, the confirmation email functionality, which we can come in handy in event registration.
