What are the best aspects of this product?
With FreeAgent I get updated view on the current tax position. Also, i like that I can create and send invoices easily based on the templates. I have to say that everything is simple and straightforward with FreeAgent especially when it comes to accounting and invoices.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It doesn’t allow me to create bill in foreign currency or to add multiple contacts per company.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thankfully, I don’t have to use spreadsheets anymore. Also, my accountant has direct access to my books and this means lower accountancy fees.
