What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how intuitive FreeAgent is, you can easily operate it and you can always ask for guidence. Its support team is highly helpful and knowledgeable. There is strong integration with DropBox. The other good thing is that I can use it from mobile device.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As our company grows we can experience some limitations from FreeAgent. I don’t like that for preparing tax to do it by accountant on the back end. Also, there are no other CRM tools and sales forcasting. Additionally, If I want to pull in new user to the system I have to manage the pipeline in separate app first and then do the rest.

Helps me to keep track of expenses, to track time, taxes and invoicing.
