What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that FreeAgent is rich with critical management functions such as billing, invoicing, bookkeeping of expenses, verification, and daily time recording. This is the perfect app for small businesses like us. We can focus on enhancing our products and services rather and leave much of the management and monitoring work on this platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's not friendly for beginners so it would need to provide an intensive guide for a few days in the early phase of using it, especially that activating many of its functions are different compared to many others I have used. In all, I won't recommend the free version

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has a clean professional look that makes looking for the functions you need or reports you want to view very easily. My work insofar as billing and expense tallying are concerned is made much easier. I don't need to hire an accountant plus I have more time working on other areas of my business.
