What are the best aspects of this product?

As a freelancer, filing taxes used to be an onerous task. I'm very grateful to have stumbled upon FreeAgent so now I don't have to worry come tax season. Payment methods are also very easy as FreeAgent integrates with several third-party payment facilities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I feel that the design is a bit outdated.
