What are the best aspects of this product?
A big factor that made me appreciate FreeAgent is its customer service providers. While the interface is already easy to use, there are still times I'm faced with some complications and I turn to FreeAgent's customer support every time. They are very helpful and great in simplifying technicalities. Plus, they take the extra time to hear you out. One time, I shared my insights on how FreeAgent can improve and suit my needs better and next thing I know these were the exact new features on the platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It took some time to connect with my bank accounts. It's relatively much costlier but that's understandable with the user-friendly features it provides.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I like that it automatically reminds my clients of their obligations because sometimes I forget that when projects go out of hand. I'm also lousy when it comes to keeping receipts so with FreeAgent, I don't have to worry about that as it keeps everything in one place.
