What are the best aspects of this product?

Our accounting and billing operations have been dependent on FreeAgent for as long as I could remember. Its interface is user-friendly, it automated invoice sending which is great to remind delayed payers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our accountants report having issues with the system as our company bank account would disconnect from time to time. But we can reconnect immediately thanks to customer care.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

FreeAgent delivered services which a huge accounting team usually did longer. In short, it cut our costs to hiring only one accountant to oversee our entire billing, invoicing and expense tracking needs.
