What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how the program is cloud-based. This gives me information access in real-time regardless of my location. Another essential functionality is being able to make more than one company profile. Freshbooks deploys functionality that's intuitive allowing for simpler invoice/client generation and management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At this point in time, I'm very much content with Freshbooks. I like how I get to make the most of its functionality that can't been seen in other third party software.
