What are the best aspects of this product?

We use FreshBooks mainly for invoicing. I appreciate the automation of recurring invoices, email notices for overdue payments, and late fees added to overdue invoices. The app helps us to easily manage our A/R tasks. Previously, we were using Word-based invoices which used to consume a lot of time. With FreshBooks, we are able to save a lot of time managing our A/R and invoices.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app lacks integration with QuickBooks Online, but to be realistic no app has integration with QuickBooks Online.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

FreshBooks helps us save time on creating and sending invoices. I can follow up more quickly on overdue invoices. I can be sure of my clients getting my invoices as the app notifies me when they open it. The main benefit is it helps me get faster payments.
