What are the best aspects of this product?

It's easy and fast to use. It looks professional and it's fairly affordable. Very short learning curve.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Start adding clients and the costs go up quickly. More variety in plans.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Payment processing was horrific. It took sometimes 10 business days to get payments. There is no integration with PayPal, so if someone pays via PayPal, you have to put in a manual entry. This is because they want you to use their payment processing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It was quick to deploy and a good platform for up to appx 5 clients.

I'm happy to hear that you found FreshBooks easy to use for your business. However, I am sorry to hear that you had a frustrating experience with accepting online payments however. While we do work with a partner company to provide this feature, we endeavour that have that process be as seamless as possible. I apologize that this was not the case with you.
