What are the best aspects of this product?

It's super easy to utilize. It gives me the required structure for keeping track of my time. The same goes for expenses of my projects. What's more, it makes me look real good by delivering invoices to clients that are alluring and having all the necessary info in simplified manner.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can't think of much, really. Maybe they ought to have further flexibility on their invoice templates. Specifically offering day-based rates instead of the typical hourly-based approach, for instance.
