What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that FreshBooks is easy to set up and use. We are saving a lot by switching over from credit card and merchant account processing through our bank which used to cost a lot. The saved money is more than the subscription we pay for FreshBooks. Another great thing is they are keeping the price constant though they keep adding new features and tools to the software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have any issues at all with this system as it fulfills my expectations and needs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

FreshBooks has speeded up our invoicing and it is simple to set up auto-rebills. The system offers all that we need in a single place for a single fee. We love that it makes our work so simple.
