What are the best aspects of this product?

Setting up the platform as well as rules, messages, and phone numbers are easy with Freshcaller. It is user-friendly, and it provides a professional solution to let our clients call us through phones. It keeps us organized by keeping our call logs and allowing us to convert them into tickets and write notes for every call.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, I don’t have any bad experience using this software.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our business is not operated in the United States, and we are looking for a US-based phone number to connect to and service our customers living in the country. Freshcaller takes all the responsibility for all our needs. The greatest benefit that we have realized with this solution is the ability to provide better services to customers even if we’re not in our customer’s country.
