What are the best aspects of this product?
Freshcaller is integrated with Freshsales CRM to help streamline our sales process. Both making and receiving calls are made even simpler as well. All call history is automatically logged with the customer/lead records. It even comes with an app that allows our remote sales staff to make and receive calls on the go
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don’t like that inbound calls do not automatically provide the record related to leads. But once the call is completed, the notes automatically added to the customer/lead records. It doesn’t even come with built-in transcription functionality, so we can streamline best practice sharing and return to a particular timestamp on the call as the review or meeting takes place.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This solution offers us the ability to simplify orders of sales, especially that Freshcaller is integrated with a CRM system.
