What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that Freshcaller comes with reporting and a live dashboard. These two things got my interest.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish that its Call Metrics dashboard is improved a bit with some details added to it. Maybe including a transcript will make it much better.

We are using this solution for our Customer Success team., and it works well. We’re satisfied with all its support to my team.
