What are the best aspects of this product?
We decided to push further with the product subscription because of its merging capability with almost all business apps in the market. It shows that it has a high compatibility rate, which for us, is a big bonus. Merging it with Google Analytics has been one of the best decisions that we ever made. Doing this makes it easier for us to monitor our sales trends and customer behavior. The reports that it produces are easily customized to each team member to figure out what’s going on.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We want to maximize the use of surveys to get ideas on how to improve our products and customer service. However, this feature lacks the consistency that we expect because sometimes it's not working at all. We've got no choice but to report it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our team did some extensive research on platforms that can help us meet our conversion rates and remain consistent. We tried different products by using their free trial, but most of them could not meet our expectations. Then someone told us to try Freshmarketer because it was able to help them solve a couple of their business issues. I can say that the free trial did well, but the paid subscription is way better. It matters a lot that we are one step above in everything that we do because it gives us the capability to serve our customers the way they deserve.
