What are the best aspects of this product?
There are a ton of reasons to love this platform. It can actually help in prospecting and closing deals. It comes with a fantastic UI. It's a lot better than other CRMs in today's market. It comes with a great points system to have good leads qualification. It also has an integrated phone number that can be activated for logging and recording calls straight to the CRM platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It'd be nice if you're given the ability to manage system scores for leads qualifications. In addition, customer support could respond a bit quicker when dealing with issues. For instance, we were close to a week with an issue. Answers for every question that we had came every couple or so days when there was something important.

When began prospecting, we realized it was challenging to score leads in a majority of CRMs. Thankfully, Freshsales made everything easy. The lead scoring functionality is simply the best! You get to customize it according to your preferences. You can define when a lead is hot/cold/warm. This is simply great!
