What are the best aspects of this product?
I have tried lot of similar CRM products but Freshsales is something different. It integrates perfectly with other products and it has built-in phone, it has bulk email functionality, gmail integration, provides notifications. You can have lot of options, capabilities and functionalities by paying for one product like Freshsales. The other good thing is that it doesn’t require managing everytime when we have orders and this saves us lot of time and energy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They could add more features for reports. Also, I’d like to see the phone interface changed. Before Freshsales we had used other similar solution and as far as I can say that we won’t go back to the previous one or trying to search for new one.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our sales team is small and this tool allows us to track existing customers and to attrack new ones. Freshsales works perfectly for this purpose. We are able to respond quickly to our customers, we can spend lot of time on our customers’ needs. We can update contacts and to cover all accounts easily. We have more time to focus on our service and products thanks to this platform.
